it was a really lovely stay during my 4 nights stay. i liked the room, the bed was comfortable. private bathroom was big. the staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive and the location was nice to all attractions durbs has to offer. there was nando's florida road nearby, offering quick meals. everything was simply modern.

I loved the place, it was tidy & the staff were professional and so hospitable.

During our stay at Luxe Suites Boutique, we were pleased with their exceptional customer service. We had extended our stay and they handled it seamlessly, making us feel valued as guests. Additionally, when our room had a problem with the pipes, they promptly addressed the issue by relocating us to a neighboring B&B. Although the situation was unexpected, their quick response and effort to ensure our comfort were commendable. The convenience of the hotel's location, modern facilities, and beautiful bathroom added to the overall positive experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as noise from other guests and limitations with the shower size, we highly recommend Luxe Suites Boutique for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and modern touches in the rooms. The hotel's location was also fantastic - not far from the beach and close to everything Durban has to offer, including restaurants and attractions. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all in place. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

Noise from other guests in adjacent rooms was a constant disturbance throughout my stay. The shared balcony and overpowering scent used in the room were not ideal for those seeking privacy.

The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices of other hotels nearby. The hotel is conveniently located near Florida Road, making it easy to explore all the attractions Durbs has to offer, including various restaurants and the vibrant nightlife. Small and cozy boutique hotel. Extremely comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean with lovely staff. Excellent central location close to nightlife. Room equipped with kettle, fridge, and aircon. Bottled water provided. Room cleaned nicely after first night.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.
